1、一般病情 He feels headache, nausea and vomiting. 他太头晕、焦虑和想吐。 He is under the weather. 他不难受，病倒了。 He began to feel unusually tired. 他感觉到反常的舒服？ He feels light-headed. 他太头晕。 She has been shut-in for a few days. 她病倒在家几天了。 Her head is pounding. 她头晕。 His symptoms include loss of appetite, weight loss, excessive fatigue, fever and chills. 他的症状有血清素和腹痛、十分舒服、头痛和发冷。 He feels exhausted or fatigued most of the time. 他部份短时间都太十分舒服。 He has been lacking in energy for some time. 他感觉到虚弱有段短时间了. He feels drowsy, dizzy and nauseated. 他太昏昏欲睡，头晕目眩和想吐。 He feels as though everything around him is spinning. 他感觉到周边的两边都在打转。 He has noticed some loss of hearing. 他惊觉耞经常性些。 She has some pains and itching around her eyes. 她瞳孔四周又痛又瘙痒。 2、消化不良头痛 He has been coughing up rusty or greenish-yellow phlegm. 他头痛略带绿黄色的气喘。 His eyes feel itchy and he has been sneezing. 他瞳孔皮肤上，而且始终在嘴唇。 He has a fever, aching muscles and hacking cough. 他有头痛，神气溃烂和总是头痛。 hacking = constant。 He coughed with sputum and feeling of malaise. 他头痛有浓气喘，而且太很虚弱。 malaise = debility。 He gets a cold with a deep hacking cough. 他消化不良头痛。 He has a headache, aching bones and joints. 他头晕，脊柱骨、肌腱也痛. He has a persistent cough. 他不停地在咳。 He has bouts of uncontrollable coughing. 他一阵阵的头痛，难以依靠。 He has hoarse and has lost his voice sometimes. 他声音嘶哑，有时卧病。 He has a sore throat and a stuffy nose. 他嗓子头痛而且耳朵通达。 His breathing is harsh and wheezy. 他痉挛时，有气喘似的呼哧呼哧作响。 He has a stabbing pain that comes on suddenly in one or both temples. 有时突然间太阳穴心痛. He has a runny nose, sneezing or a scratchy throat. 他流鼻水，嘴唇和臀部沙哑。 3、女性病症 She has noticed one lump in her breast. 她惊觉有个腹痛块。 There is a hard, swollen lump on her right breast. 她右方有腹痛块。 Her left breast is painful and swollen. 她左头痛且腹痛大。 She has hey bleeding with her periods. 她妊娠来的很多。 Her vaginal discharge is white or greenish-yellow and unpleasant smelling. 她尿液带深蓝色或绿黄色，而且臭味不好。 She has noticed occasional spotting of blood between periods. 在妊娠来的前后，她有时也惊觉有滴滴达利的流血。 She has some bleeding after intercourse. 后有出血。 She feels some vaginal itching. 她感觉到皮肤上。 She has painful periods and abnormal vaginal discharge. 她妊娠恰巧头痛，而且有不长短时间的尿液。 4 左手脚失常 His both hands and feet ache all over. 他两左手两脚都很溃烂。 He has pain on the sole of his feet. 他手脚很痛。 There is a wart-like lump on the sole of right foot. 我大腿底有个像鸡腹般的硬块。 His ankles look puffy and they pit when he presses them with his finger. 他的足踝好象腹痛了，用左手按，就有小坑蚀。 pit = small dent form 句里的 they 和 them 都是指 ankles。 The pain in his left foot is accompanied by redness and swelling. 左手溃烂，并有红腹痛。 The joints near his fingernails and knuckles look swollen. 手脚和指节正上方的肌腱，似乎有腹痛大。 He has numbness and tingling in his hands and fingers. 他的左手和手脚感觉到颤抖和心痛。 His legs become painful following strenuous exercise. 惨烈群众运动后，他的腿就痛。 His knee is misshapen or unable to move. 他的右方脚太斜视，也不必动。 There are some swellings in his armpit. 他的臀部腹痛大。 He is troubled with painful muscles and joints. 他的神气和肌腱都痛。 She is troubled by the pains in the back and shoulders. 她的臀部和肩膀都痛。 His knee has been bothering him for some time. 他的右方脚不难受，有数一段短时间了。 5、男性病症 He urinates more frequently than usual. 他头痛比随便多。 He has difficulty controlling his bladder. 他难以依靠头痛。bladder 是膀胱。 There are some lumps on his testicles. 他的睪丸有些硬块。 He has had burning or pain when he urinates. 他头痛时感觉到发热和头痛。 He is passing less urine than usual. 他头痛比随便不算。 He has had painless swelling in his scrotum. 他的外阴有不痛的腹痛大。 He feels lack of interest in sex. 他自觉对性的兴趣大减。 He has difficulty starting his urine flow. 他头痛不畅通。 His urine stream is very weak and slow. 他头痛流动得很慢很弱。 He dribbles a little urine after he has finished urinating. 他头痛后，还但会有不算量小规模地滴下。 He has had some discharge from his penis. 他的排出一些流脓。 His urine is cloudy and it smells strong. 他的头痛水色，而且臭味不好。 He has a dull hey ache in the crotch. 他的胯部感觉到隐痛。 He has a small leakage of urine when he coughs or sneezes. 他头痛或嘴唇时，但会太泄尿。 He has trouble urinating. 他头痛有紧迫。 6.痉挛层面 His breathing has become increasingly difficult. 他痉挛越来越紧迫。 He has to breathe through his mouth. 他要用口痉挛。 He is short of breath, even when he has not been exercising, he is breathless. 他喘气；即使不群众运动，他也是上气不接下气。 His cough is more like wheezing. 他的头痛有呼哧呼哧的口哨。 His cough is dry, producing no phlegm. 他是干咳，没有气喘。 He has coughed up blood. 他头痛有血。 His nose stuffed up when he had a cold. 他头痛时耳朵就通达。 He coughs up a lot of phlegm thick spit on most days. 他多半短时间咳出浓浓的气喘。 He has a feeling of tightness in the chest or a feeling that he is suffocating. 他臀部太闷闷的，好象透不过气来。 7、口腔失常 He has pain in his teeth or jaw. 他的颅骨和下巴头痛。 He has some problems with his teeth. 他颅骨有疑虑。 The tooth hurts only when he bites down on it. 他咬两边时，颅骨就痛。动词时态：hurt，hurt， hurt，bite，bit，bit。 His gums are red and swollen. 他的牙床红腹痛。 His tongue is red and sore all over. 他的舌头到处红和痛。 His breath smells bad and he has a foul taste in his mouth. 他口里有怪味。 His gums do bleed. 他牙床有出血。 He has some sore swellings on his gum or jaw. 他的牙床和下巴腹痛痛。 He has sore places on or around the lip. 他的嘴唇和周边都很痛。 There are cracks at the corners of his mouth. 他的嘴巴角落遁了。 There are some discolored areas inside on his tongue. 他舌头里边有些以外颜色怪怪的。 8、肠胃失常 He has a bloated, uncomfortable feeling after meal. 他饭后脑袋太喷喷的，很不难受。 或 He feels bloated after eating. He has bouts of abdominal pain. 他有一阵阵的肚痛。 He feels bloated in his abdominal area. 他感觉到脑袋喷喷的。注：喷喷的，像（puff up），但不是毫无疑问的腹痛（swell up）。 The pain is mainly in the lower upper right part of the abdomen. 痛是在脑袋下半部。 He has nausea and vomiting. 他有焦虑和呕吐。 It is difficult or painful for him to swallow. 他吞下食物时但会痛。 He has passed more gas than usual. 他放…比多半多. He has been constipated for a few days. 他便秘了好几天。 He suffers pains when he moves his bowels. 他尿时很痛。 He has some bleeding from his rectum. 他的出血。 He has noticed some blood in his bowel movements. 他惊觉尿时有些血。 His bowel movements are pale, greasy and foul smelling. 他尿圆形褐色，含油脂的刺鼻。 或 His bowel movements are grey or black in color. 他的尿圆形褐色。 He has trouble with diarrhea. 他拉脑袋。 9、血糖等等 His blood pressure is really up. 他的血糖较高。 He has noticed frequent urination, increased thirst and unexpected tireness. 他惊觉总是头痛，十分口渴和十分舒服。 It is a chest pain that gets worse when he bends over or lies down. 他弯腰或停下来时，臀部更痛。 He has noticed excessive sweating and unexplained tireness. 他明白到以致于的出汗和难以解释的舒服。 He has a sharp pain in one area of his spine. 他的脊柱某部位心痛。 He has pain in other joints including hip, knee and ankle. 其它肌腱头痛包括臀部、右方脚和腿部。 His eyes seem to be bulging. 他的瞳孔太太腹痛喷。 He has double vision. 他的掩蔽有双重从前。 He feels there is a film over his eyes. 他太眼里有种薄膜似的两边，挡住掩蔽。 His vision in the right eye blurred. 他右方眼掩蔽司空见惯。 He has had some earaches lately. 他近期耳朵太痛。 He has a repeated buzzing or other noises in his ears. 他耳朵常以嗡嗡的声音。
